You are testing an unreleased product. OpenHood is currently a research and testing project run by Victor Ulgenes, not a trading business: no cars are sold, listed or paid for through it during the beta. By continuing you agree that:

1. Keep it to yourself. Do not show OpenHood to anyone outside the beta, in person or otherwise. Do not share screenshots, screen recordings, photographs of the app, or descriptions of how it works, the shot list, the questions, or the way photos are checked. Do not post about it on social media, forums, group chats, or to the press. Do not let anyone else use your account or your copy of the app. If something gets out by accident, say so straight away rather than staying quiet. This continues to apply after your testing ends, until OpenHood launches publicly.
2. It belongs to Victor Ulgenes. The app, the process, the shot list, the questions and the OpenHood name are Victor Ulgenes's work. Testing gives you no rights to them, and nothing here lets you copy, rebuild or reuse any part of it. Feedback you give may be used freely to improve the product.
3. Nothing is listed and nothing is charged. Cars you add during the beta are for testing the process only. They will not be published and there is no fee. Photos and details you upload are stored to run the test and can be deleted from Account at any time.
4. It may break. This is beta software. Things will change, break, or be reset without notice. Do not rely on it to sell a car.
5. The thank-you. Testers who complete a listing will be first in line when OpenHood launches, with a free first listing intended for them. This is goodwill, not a contract, and may change.

This agreement is under the law of England and Wales.
