Listing standards

Every car here has been looked at by a human before it goes live. These are the rules that person works to — published in full, so you know exactly what we take and what we turn away.

What we accept

• Standard and OEM enthusiast cars. Honest, unmodified cars in the sweet spot.
• OEM+ builds. Factory-optional or subtle, in-keeping upgrades.
• Quality modifications with receipts. Named brands; professional installation evidence preferred.
• Period-correct restomod work. Sympathetic, well-documented restoration.

What we love to see

Not a bar for entry — this is what pushes a listing from acceptable to genuinely great.

• ★A full history file. Invoices, MOT history, and a service book that tells a straight story.
• ★Honest photos in daylight. Every angle, every mark shown up close, nothing hidden by a low sun or a dark garage.
• ★A real reason for selling. Buyers trust a seller more when they know why the car is moving on.
• ★Original documentation kept together. Original handbooks, spare keys, toolkits -- the small things that show a car was cared for.

Auto-reject

These are turned away automatically. The list is published so there are no surprises.

• 01Stretched tyres
• 02Universal/unpainted splitters and canards
• 03Universal rear wings not designed for the car
• 04Chrome or colour-shift wrap
• 05Cut or lowered-on-nothing springs
• 06Loud exhaust as the only "modification story"
• 07Category S/N write-offs without full professional repair documentation

Anything in between is a judgement call. If we turn a car away, the email tells you exactly which rule it fell foul of, in plain language, and invites you to resubmit once it is sorted.

The photo guide

Minimum minimum 20 photos, guided upload with labelled slots.

• ×8Exterior. Front 3/4 both sides, rear 3/4 both sides, direct front, direct rear, both profiles.
• ×4Interior. Dash, front seats, rear seats, boot.
• ×1Engine bay. One clear, well-lit shot.
• ×4Wheels and arches. All four corners.
• ×1Odometer. Showing the mileage.
• ×1Defects. Every mark, close-up. "No defects" needs a human sign-off.
